Califur Staff Meetings for the Next 2 Months

Being That we are getting into the home stretch, I thought it wise to
announce a staff meeting Schedule

April 16th
This One is at the PS, its now that I need all the department chairs at
the meeting, to give me go/nogo status, and if you need Money to run
your department this is the time to have it ready by.

May 7th - Second Meeting of May *ALL HANDS*

If you Plan on Staffing for Califur you NEED to be at this meeting, per
usual, we will go get dinner afterwords, this meeting will start at 3pm
at the PS, like Usual.

May 14th - Last Saturday Meeting Before the Con! *ALL HANDS*

If you Plan on Staffing for Califur you NEED to be at this meeting, per
usual, we will go get dinner afterwords, this meeting will start at 3pm
at the PS, like Usual.

May 19th - Traditional Thursday Night Staff Meeting (At Hotel)

7PM or so in the Main Ballroom of the Hotel, this is the time to work
out that Last Minute issues and make sure that the con runs smoothly.
